International marriage is the marriage conducted between two people from different countries.
There is a big difference in marriage law between countries.Unlike the marriage between two Japanese people, international marriage could create various problems during its procedures.
On top of this, the spouse visa system is totally different from that of international marriage. Getting married internationally doesn’t guarantee that you can get a spouse visa. In order to prepare for the application procedures for international marriage and the spouse visa, we might ask detailed information on how the wife and husband met, the path from the start of the relationship to the marriage, and other private matters.
Our representative, the Administrative Scrivener Eri Okada is married to a man from Cambodia, so she has gone through the whole process of international marriage. *If you are requesting us to submit the application at the Immigration Bureau somewhere far from Osaka (more than one hour one way), we will charge an extra 10,000 yen and tax on top of the fees above.

What if the application gets denied?
We will support in anyway possible to help you get the application accepted, but the ultimate decision is in the hand of the Immigration Bureau. In any circumstances, no one can guarantee the acceptance of the application. Regardless the type of the application made, we will investigate the reason of denial in the worst case scenario, and have you choose one of the following options:
- If a declined application was so close to getting accepted, then the Immigration Bureau might give a chance to resubmit the application. In this case, we will take care of the re-submission without a charge.
- We will refund the payment besides the fee for preparing the documents and all the other expenses incurred during the procedures.
*We cannot refund anything if the reason of denial is on you.

- You hid some information
- You lied a part of the contents
- You submitted a fake document to office
- You committed a crime after the request for service or during the processing of the application
- You didn’t pay the tax
- You don’t answer to some questions necessary for the application, or you don’t cooperate with us in collecting and submitting the necessary documents
- You don’t respond to the request from the Immigration Bureau to submit some additional documents
- You lost or changed the job during the application process and the income has drastically dropped
- You cancel the request for service for your personal reasons
Other things to keep in mind
- On top of the service fee, we will charge you the fee for submitting the application, acquiring the documents, transportation, mailing, translating, and other expenses.
- Even if you choose the full-support plan, we might ask you to get some documents which only you are allowed to get.
- The service fee listed in this site is the estimate of the procedure and is different in each situation. We will give you more detailed estimate once we get in contact.
